What data we collect and why

Contact and booking data (name, email, phone, dates, guest count, message) submitted through the website form, used only to reply to contact and booking requests. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps / contract performance, and the explicit consent given on the form itself.

Availability shown on the site is read from the public Airbnb calendar. This site uses only cookies essential to its operation.

Retention period

Contact and booking request data is kept for a maximum of 12 months after the request, after which it is deleted. Confirmed booking data may be kept for a longer period where required by law (namely accounting and tax obligations).

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability.
